We are hiring a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support while serving as a communication liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, customers, or staff. This position supports office operations through scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and front-office communication. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and can professionally translate verbal and written communications as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to departments and leadership
Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and staff
Translate documents, emails, and conversations as needed
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Process forms, records, and confidential documents
Support reception and customer service functions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
associate degree preferred
1+ years of administrative support experience
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in documentation
