We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations for a non-profit organization. This long-term contract position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and requires someone who is skilled in communication, organization, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth office processes.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information or assistance
Deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders and team members
Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and databases
Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed to support operations
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, for various administrative tasks
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to ensure efficient time management
Prepare and organize documents and presentations for meetings or events
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow
Ensure all administrative activities comply with organizational policies and standards
Requirements:
Fluency (verbal & written) Spanish
Proven experience in answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally
Proficiency in data entry with attention to accuracy and detail
Familiarity with email correspondence and managing communications effectively
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to schedule and manage appointments with precision
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting
