Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Account Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, experience managing client accounts, and the ability to support customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and grow client relationships by serving as a primary point of contact
  • Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish regarding account updates, service needs, and issue resolution
  • Support onboarding of new accounts and ensure a smooth client experience
  • Maintain accurate account records, customer communications, and activity tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and ensure timely follow-up
  • Identify opportunities to improve account performance and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Prepare reports, updates, and account documentation as needed

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English required
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or client relations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and related business tools preferred
  • Ideal experience in SAP and/or Oracle
  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
