We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Account Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, experience managing client accounts, and the ability to support customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow client relationships by serving as a primary point of contact
Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish regarding account updates, service needs, and issue resolution
Support onboarding of new accounts and ensure a smooth client experience
Maintain accurate account records, customer communications, and activity tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and ensure timely follow-up
Identify opportunities to improve account performance and customer satisfaction
Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
Prepare reports, updates, and account documentation as needed
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English required
Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or client relations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and related business tools preferred
Ideal experience in SAP and/or Oracle
High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
