The Performance Partner team is part of the People Experience Team within our People & Places organization. The People Experience Team is transforming the employee experience by building AI-assisted digital experiences and elevating the human partnership to provide the best support for the moments that matter. Come join us as we build for the new future of work! This role will report to the Manager of our Performance Partner team. This role has a focus in supporting Canada and Israel with additional opportunities to support the US, UK and India. Candidates should be located near our Toronto site. We have a hybrid work environment with three days per week in office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Guide managers and employees through performance, conduct and attendance related matters end-to-end
  • Partner with and influence P&P and business stakeholders to recommend the appropriate outcomes that balance the needs of the business and employee experience
  • Leverage relevant playbooks, protocols, and requirements for case management and contributes to ongoing improvements
  • Build capability for managers and employees through casework
  • Drive team initiatives and projects and contribute to organizational priorities
  • Consistently applies Intuit’s policies and standards to situations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience involving Performance management (e.g. HRBP/Employee relations)
  • Ability to speak conversational Hebrew is required due to this role providing support to Israel
  • Extreme ownership of execution and operational excellence, including adopting best practices when partnering with managers, using metrics to assess employee experience, and being detail oriented in tracking your work
  • Adaptive critical thinking, judgment, and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with leaders, managers, and employees
  • Data-driven mindset, including using data to better understand case and organizational insights
