Job Description:

We are looking for a bilingual and experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end management of SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of complex SAP programs, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the planning, execution, and closure of SAP S/4HANA projects
  • Define project scope, governance frameworks, and delivery strategies
  • Serve as primary client point of contact
  • Anticipate and manage project risks and changes
  • Lead and coordinate SAP functional, technical, and offshore teams
  • Leverage bilingual communication skills to work effectively with clients and teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • At least 5 years in SAP project management focused on S/4HANA deployments or migrations
  • Direct experience overseeing fixed-price SAP deployments, implementations, or AMS engagements
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, integration, and methodologies (ASAP, Activate)
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to engage and manage clients and teams in both English and French
  • Certification required: PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate
