  • Experience in SAP projects, with a proven track record of successful implementations
  • Expert knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems, including upgrade processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (business level fluency required)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a global team
  • Experience working with international teams across different time zones
  • Experience with FICO/SD/MM modules is highly desirable
