As a Sales Experience Associate, you are the life force of your store. Your mission is to create a vibrant, engaging, and positive atmosphere where customers feel empowered to explore and fall in love with Samsung technology. You'll build trust from the moment they walk in, ask the right questions to uncover their needs, and guide them to their ideal tech solutions.

  • Handle customer escalations with empathy and a can-do attitude, turning a negative experience into a positive solution.
