Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)
Two – three (2-3) years of proven experience as a Commercial Tire Salesperson (Required)
In-depth knowledge of commercial tire products and the tire market
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR record. Driver's license must be current in the state in which the employee performs his or her driving duties
Must maintain a clean driving record, i.e., must remain insurable under our company's liability insurance policy
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Phenomenal customer service skills: serve as a role model, trainer, and motivator in delivering excellent customer service to all customers

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
