Job Responsibility:
Proactively assist sales representatives with administrative and customer service tasks
Communicate professionally with clients and prospects in both English and Spanish
Process orders, prepare quotes, and update client records in our CRM system
Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with a customer-first approach
Support sales presentation preparation and follow-up activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve issues
Translate documents and correspondence as needed
Requirements:
Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
experience with CRM systems a plus
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
