Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales and/or Operations-focused Learning & Development professional. If you have any L&D experience rooted in sales enablement, operational training, or commercial-facing program development, please apply to this role! Experienced and highly motivated Manager, Learning & Development (Bilingual – EN/FR) to support customer-facing training and learning initiatives, with a primary focus on Quebec-based customers. This temporary role is essential to ensuring uninterrupted training delivery and full compliance with Quebec language regulations during a maternity leave coverage period. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality bilingual training, supporting customer adoption of the Leonardo platform, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct live training sessions in English and French for external customers and internal teams
  • Meet and communicate with key customers in Quebec to support the Leonardo platform and learning initiatives
  • Support internal and external teams with learning and development programs (Professional Solutions) in EN/FR
  • Attend French trade shows, key account meetings, and buying group events as required
  • Translate, review, and verify training materials, content, and communications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional internal teams

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in learning & development, customer success, or training program management
  • Experience in healthcare, optical, or retail industries is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage external customer relationships and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills (written and verbal)
