Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and employees alike. Lead a motivated team by leveraging each individual’s strengths to drive success
  • Maintain a prominent presence in the restaurant, fostering an inviting atmosphere and ensuring the guest experience exceeds expectations
  • Conduct interviews and onboard new hires, selecting talent that fits our culture and aligns with our mission
  • Manage critical aspects of operations such as inventory control, food safety, quality assurance, and cost management to consistently meet and exceed our brand standards
  • Quickly address challenges with resourcefulness and composure, ensuring operations run smoothly under pressure
  • Regularly review key metrics, track labor costs, and maintain profitability while ensuring both guest satisfaction and team morale remain high
  • Be available for a range of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, to ensure business operations remain uninterrupted

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • A minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant General Manager of a $3MM location or higher volume
  • Experience managing a team consisting of 50+ hourly employees and salaried managers
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and operational optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with keen attention to detail and excellent time management
  • A demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences. Lead with a positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
  • Comfortable adapting to and implementing new technologies and operational processes

Nice to have:

A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, though not required
