Job Responsibility:
Oversee all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and employees alike. Lead a motivated team by leveraging each individual’s strengths to drive success
Maintain a prominent presence in the restaurant, fostering an inviting atmosphere and ensuring the guest experience exceeds expectations
Conduct interviews and onboard new hires, selecting talent that fits our culture and aligns with our mission
Manage critical aspects of operations such as inventory control, food safety, quality assurance, and cost management to consistently meet and exceed our brand standards
Quickly address challenges with resourcefulness and composure, ensuring operations run smoothly under pressure
Regularly review key metrics, track labor costs, and maintain profitability while ensuring both guest satisfaction and team morale remain high
Be available for a range of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, to ensure business operations remain uninterrupted
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
A minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant General Manager of a $3MM location or higher volume
Experience managing a team consisting of 50+ hourly employees and salaried managers
Demonstrated success in team leadership and operational optimization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with keen attention to detail and excellent time management
A demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences. Lead with a positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
Comfortable adapting to and implementing new technologies and operational processes
Nice to have:
A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, though not required
