Navigate and interpret the Canadian Forces Relocation Directive (CAFRD). You will be the expert voice translating complex policy into actionable advice. Qualifications Exceptional oral and written proficiency in both French and English is mandatory. You must be able to explain complex financial directives clearly in both languages. To meet federal government security standards, you must have maintained continuous residency in Canada for the past 5 years (since March 2021). At least 1 year in a high-volume call center, hospitality, or administrative role where multitasking and empathy were key. High computer literacy. You are comfortable navigating up to 4 different systems simultaneously while engaging with a client. Ability to maintain high productivity and rigorous attention to detail during peak relocation seasons.
