Are you a coordination professional with a passion for talent? We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator to support the growth of a leading financial institution's advice centres. In this pivotal role, you will be the conductor for hiring cohorts, ensuring a seamless experience for both managers and external partners. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive individual looking to thrive in a high-volume environment within the banking sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the hiring cohort classes for the financial advice centre
  • Assist hiring managers with the initial setup of staffing requests
  • Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate candidate submissions
  • Enter offers and contract details into the Vendor Management System (VMS - Beeline)
  • Maintain project status updates for all involved parties
  • Analyze recruitment data to support project efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or related administrative work. Staffing agency experience is highly preferred
  • Full bilingualism (English and French), verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with a VMS (Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar)
  • Experience with recruiting and/or onboarding in a high-volume environment
  • Consultative mindset, strong prioritization and organizational skills, cross-team collaboration, and a proactive/curious nature

Nice to have:

Staffing agency experience is highly preferred
