In this pivotal role, you will be the conductor for hiring cohorts, ensuring a seamless experience for both managers and external partners. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate the hiring cohort classes for the financial advice centre
Assist hiring managers with the initial setup of staffing requests
Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate candidate submissions
Enter offers and contract details into the Vendor Management System (VMS - Beeline)
Maintain project status updates for all involved parties
Analyze recruitment data to support project efficiency
Requirements:
2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or related administrative work. Staffing agency experience is highly preferred
Full bilingualism (English and French), verbal and written
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with a VMS (Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar)
Experience with recruiting and/or onboarding in a high-volume environment
Consultative mindset, strong prioritization and organizational skills, cross-team collaboration, and a proactive/curious nature
Nice to have:
Staffing agency experience is highly preferred
