Robert Half is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) who can confidently recruit across all levels of an organization—from high-volume labor roles to corporate professionals and executive leadership. Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for labor/field positions, corporate roles, and executive-level openings
Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates across a wide range of skill levels and functions
Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish, ensuring a strong, respectful candidate experience
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Build talent pipelines for ongoing labor needs and future corporate/executive roles
Coordinate interview schedules, offers, and pre-employment processes
Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics
Support employer branding efforts and continuously improve recruiting strategies
Requirements:
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within labor-intensive industries (construction, manufacturing, logistics, industrial, agriculture, etc.)
Proven experience recruiting for both hourly labor roles and salaried corporate/executive positions
Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) — required
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Ability to build trust quickly with candidates at all levels
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions
Professional judgment, discretion, and confidence when working with leadership
Nice to have:
Experience with high-volume hiring or seasonal workforce demands
Exposure to executive search or senior leadership recruitment
Knowledge of labor compliance and hiring regulations
Background in staffing, agency recruiting, or in-house talent acquisition
