Job Description:

Randstad's client in the retail industry is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (French and English) to join their team on a 3-month contract to support high-volume hiring. This is a great role for anyone with at least one year of experience in a recruitment role who is able to start right away! Location: Montreal-Nord. Work Model: In-office three days a week. Hourly Rate: $25-$27/hour (depending on experience).

Job Responsibility:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for customer and client support service roles
  • Posting ads, screening applicants, booking interviews, completing references and backchecks
  • Other projects and support as requested

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual in both French and English (speaking, writing, reading). Reason: recruitment in all Provinces
  • At least one year of experience in a recruitment role, within a high-volume setting
  • Must be able to be on-site three days a week in the Montreal-Nord office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
