Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. This is a contract to hire position where you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational goals. Job Responsibility:

Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates with relevant experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and alignment with organizational values
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruiting strategies
Support high-volume recruitment efforts to meet organizational demands

Requirements:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding
Bilingual in Spanish
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Expertise in high-volume recruitment processes
Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
