A client of ours is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join a high‑performing manufacturing facility that takes pride in quality, culture, and retention. This is a hands‑on recruiting role supporting hourly hiring while partnering closely with HR and plant leadership to keep operations running strong. Job Responsibility:
Recruit primarily for hourly manufacturing roles including packaging and general labor positions
Support occasional salaried openings such as department leads or accounting roles
Manage high applicant volume and screen for quality, reliability, and retention
Partner closely with onsite HR to coordinate hiring events and onboarding
Communicate regularly with hiring leaders on hiring status and priorities
Track candidates, start dates, and onboarding progress using ATS and spreadsheets
Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth and complete onboarding experience
Support other Midwest locations with similar roles once fully ramped
Requirements:
3-5 years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting hourly or manufacturing populations strongly preferred
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Comfortable working onsite in a plant environment
Clear, confident communicator who partners well with HR and leadership
