Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Houston, Texas. This role requires a proactive individual who can expertly manage high-volume recruitment for both operational and detail-oriented positions. Please note this position will be working in two different office locations, zip codes 77049 and 77073.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Coordinate and support hiring events to attract individuals with relevant experience for various roles
  • Collaborate with HR managers and department leaders to ensure timely scheduling and completion of interviews
  • Travel to sister locations to assist with recruitment efforts
  • Maintain organized records of applicants and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems
  • Develop and implement strategies to address staffing needs and reduce turnover in manufacturing environments
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes
  • Proactively follow up with hiring managers to ensure prompt decision-making and effective communication
  • Utilize recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CareerBuilder to source top-tier candidates
  • Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with company hiring standards

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on attention to detail, preferably in a manufacturing or high-turnover environment
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software such as UltiPro
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar roles
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel locally to support recruitment efforts as needed
