This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships, supporting candidates, and playing a key role in helping businesses find top talent.

Job Responsibility:

  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates for a variety of positions
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Communicate job opportunities clearly in both English and Spanish
  • Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS system
  • Partner with internal teams to meet hiring goals and client needs

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and/or ATS systems
