Job Responsibility:
Identify, engage, and attract passive, mid-to-senior level technical talent across financial services, private equity, and consulting industries
Proactively build and maintain diverse, future-ready talent pipelines for corporate finance, financial modelling, and valuations
Conduct thoughtful recruiter screens and exploratory conversations using behavioral and skills-based interviewing techniques
Deliver a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience from first contact through to the offer stage
Partner closely with hiring managers during intake discussions to clarify role requirements and success criteria
Share relevant market insights, such as talent availability and emerging skill trends, to support informed decision-making
Collaborate with internal partners to align recruitment activities with regional hiring needs and business goals
Maintain visibility into sourcing activity and pipeline progress using data-driven insights
Requirements:
5 to 8 years of progressive recruitment experience (in-house, executive search, or agency environments)
Proven track record of sourcing senior-level niche talent within professional services or complex financial organizations
Fully Bilingual (English/French) is mandatory
Hands-on experience with Workday, Phenom, and the Microsoft ecosystem
Strong headhunting and networking background, leveraging direct outreach and social platforms
Eagerness to adopt emerging capabilities such as recruitment automation, analytics, and AI
