We are seeking a personable and professional Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This contract, onsite opportunity is ideal for individuals fluent in both English and Spanish who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting an International Nonprofit Organization.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests
Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately in both English and Spanish
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics
Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and coordinate mail distribution
Support leadership with meetings and scheduling
Respond to inquiries from employees, clients, and vendors in person, over the phone, and via email
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk support role is preferred
Strong communication and cultural awareness skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Nonprofit experience a plus
