This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day office operations in a professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor logs and office communications
  • Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist internal teams with general office support as needed

Requirements:
