Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
Manage front desk operations, including visitor logs and office communications
Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Assist internal teams with general office support as needed
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or administrative assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
