Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and route incoming calls in both English and Spanish
Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Assist internal staff with general office tasks as needed
Requirements:
