Job Description:

We are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and a welcoming environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency in Spanish for translation and communication purposes.

Job Responsibility:

Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Manage and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently, ensuring all inbound calls are answered promptly
Handle switchboard operations with 1-10 phone lines, maintaining smooth communication flow
Provide accurate information and assistance to callers and visitors as needed
Translate and communicate in Spanish to support bilingual needs within the organization
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, projecting a detail-oriented image
Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information handled at the front desk

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish required
Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards is essential
Ability to provide accurate Spanish translations for precise and effective communication
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment
A detail-oriented demeanor and appearance suitable for interacting with clients and visitors
Basic knowledge of administrative procedures, including scheduling and data entry
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly
