We are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing incoming communications in multiple languages, greeting guests, and providing general administrative support. Candidates should demonstrate fluency in English and Spanish, professionalism, and organizational abilities. Experience in an office or customer-facing environment is preferred.
Job Responsibility:
Manage high-volume inbound calls from residents
Assist community members with applications and navigating county systems
Provide bilingual translations for documents and conversations
Update and maintain resident records
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate cases
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
1+ year customer service or call center experience
