In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and guests, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer service-driven professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Job Responsibility:
Greet residents, prospects, and vendors
Manage maintenance requests and update work orders
Handle email inbox and call routing
Assist leasing staff with documentation
Support community announcements and events
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Reception or leasing office experience preferred
Strong multitasking and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office
Familiarity with property management software is a plus
