Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and courteous Bilingual Receptionist to join our team in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This contract position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage a variety of administrative and communication tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage and operate a multi-line phone system to efficiently direct inbound calls
Handle switchboard operations with 1 to 10 lines, ensuring prompt and accurate call routing
Provide clear and effective communication in both English and another language
Assist with general administrative tasks to support office functionality
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about services or processes
Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls
Bilingual fluency, with strong communication skills in English and another language
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with basic office equipment and software
Availability to work part-time hours as required
