Requirements:

Native or Fluent Level Japanese
Business Level English
Proven experience in technical leadership and project management
Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including Solution Architects and vendors
Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and issue resolution
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Able to read technical documentation, identify system issues and code issues
Understanding or prior hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, SQL databases, Java-based applications.
