Bilingual Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to join a team working in a federated mode within a large organization. This hybrid role (approximately 70% Scrum Master and 30% Project Management) is essential for ensuring effective governance of data initiatives. You will act as a facilitator for a team of about eight people while managing transverse projects. We are looking for a leader capable of challenging teams, consolidating information, and producing executive reporting, all while maintaining a pragmatic approach ("just enough"). This is a one-year contract (renewable). The position is remote, with occasional travel expected (Quebec City or Montreal) as needed.
