Job Responsibility

Track equipment performance during the shift and coordinate maintenance support when issues arise to reduce disruption
Uphold company, safety, and regulatory standards across all manufacturing operations and reinforce compliance expectations
Verify batch records and related production documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and ready for review
Lead process improvement efforts aimed at increasing throughput, reducing waste, and improving workflow efficiency
Support onboarding and cross-training initiatives to strengthen workforce flexibility and readiness
Prepare shift updates and key performance metrics for leadership to communicate results, issues, and operational trends
