Job Responsibility

Transaction Processing: Perform account administration and trade execution for all financial and non-financial transactions across various mutual fund retail account types
Bilingual Regulatory Review: Review and process complex documents in both official languages (French and English) to ensure strict adherence to industry regulatory obligations
Issue Resolution: Proactively contact internal and external clients to ensure the timely resolution of 'not in good order' (NIGO) transactions
Shift Adaptability: Work rotating shifts from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST to support the operational needs of the Processing team
