Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the main point of contact to receive client requests, provide estimates, schedule and monitor production
  • Responsible for invoicing printing services performed at the digital print centre using a dedicated web application (training provided)
  • Maintain monthly report logs and data for billing purposes
  • Track specific orders using Excel tools
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels of supplies
  • Resolve basic issues to meet production and delivery requirements
  • Willingness and ability to learn and develop new skills
  • Use standard finishing equipment (cutters, binders, laminators, hole punchers)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., boxes of paper)

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written)
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, primarily Excel
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (an asset)
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a print centre or service delivery setting
  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Post-secondary training or technological experience

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to operate digital printing equipment
