We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Bilingual Portuguese Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Miami, Florida. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while managing key administrative tasks. If you enjoy multitasking and thrive in a front-facing role, we encourage you to apply. This is a contract opportunity for approximately 3 weeks, with a schedule of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel in a courteous manner
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Maintain and manage the conference room schedule to avoid conflicts
  • Handle travel arrangements and manage calendars for team members as needed
  • Oversee the ordering and stocking of office supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Take detailed messages and ensure they are delivered promptly to the correct individuals
  • Assist with basic receptionist duties, including e-filing and record organization

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role
  • Bilingual Portuguese
  • Proficiency in handling phone systems and directing calls effectively
  • Familiarity with e-filing systems and basic administrative tools
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate travel arrangements efficiently
  • A welcoming and detail-oriented demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions
