We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Policy Service Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our annuity and life insurance operations by delivering top-tier service and managing critical administrative tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and excels in client communication.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding their application statuses and coordinate follow-ups with carriers within designated timeframes
  • Review incoming leads and ensure application details are accurate while managing administrative procedures with precision
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to special projects or initiatives as directed by leadership
  • Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to maintain client records, generate reports, and track progress
  • Offer empathetic and thorough solutions to client inquiries while addressing potential concerns effectively
  • Process information and update records with a meticulous focus on accuracy and detail
  • Represent the company's values by maintaining a high standard of conduct and delivering exceptional communication in all interactions

Requirements:

  • Bilingual - English & Spanish
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes, tasks, and directions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and growth
