Job Description:

Join Luna’s Patient Success Team and help deliver exceptional care experiences to our patients. As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Part-Time Patient Success Team Member, you’ll support patients with scheduling, communication, and care coordination—ensuring every interaction reflects Luna’s commitment to compassionate, high-quality service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide bilingual patient support (English/Spanish) for scheduling, reschedules, and cancellations
  • Process medical record requests accurately and efficiently
  • Manage care plan adjustments, including transfers or patient loss coordination
  • Navigate multiple systems to update records and communication preferences
  • Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to resolve patient escalations
  • Deliver clear, empathetic communication and excellent service
  • Use ticketing tools to escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Maintain compliance, accuracy, and detailed documentation in all interactions

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0–1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven remote environment
  • Previous experience with high volume call handling
  • Empathetic, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Availability to work part-time, consistently within assigned hours
