  • Fully fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) and able to confidently assist patients in both languages by phone and in writing
  • At least 6 months experience in a healthcare, medical billing, or patient-facing customer service role (such as a doctor’s office, therapy clinic, hospital, or medical call center)
  • Able to commit to two weeks full time training for the first three weeks (6 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
