Fully fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) and able to confidently assist patients in both languages by phone and in writing
At least 6 months experience in a healthcare, medical billing, or patient-facing customer service role (such as a doctor’s office, therapy clinic, hospital, or medical call center)
Able to commit to two weeks full time training for the first three weeks (6 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
Currently living in the US and able to work in the US without restriction
