Job Responsibility
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families
Complete clinical documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner
Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week for full-time status
Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community partners as clinically appropriate
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and case consultations
Utilize creative, evidence-based, and culturally responsive interventions
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team environment
Requirements
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health field
Active Colorado license or currently pursuing licensure (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, SWC, LMFT, MFTC, etc.)
Experience with treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ethical practice standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to establish and maintain healthy therapeutic boundaries
Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care
Trauma-informed experience preferred
EMDR training or specialized certifications are a plus
Experience with Valant EHR or electronic health record systems preferred
Insurance credentialing and bilingual abilities highly valued
