Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Order Processing to join a growing organization in South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in order processing, customer support, logistics coordination, and SAP. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are entered accurately, processed efficiently, and delivered on time. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
  • Review, enter, and update order information while maintaining data accuracy
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, product availability, and account information
  • Coordinate with internal departments including sales, warehouse, logistics, and purchasing to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to customers
  • Assist with inventory inquiries, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Previous experience in order processing, customer service, logistics coordination, or a related operational role
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience working with SAP (required)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations
