Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day operational processes using internal IT systems
Prepare specialized, routine reports, correspondence, and statistical summaries
Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and physical)
Enter and manage data using Microsoft Office and specialized software
Produce reports that support business decisions and performance tracking
Coordinate and administer programs, projects, and internal processes
Support cross-functional teams with operational and administrative expertise
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in operations, administration, or program coordination
Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Must be fluent in English and French to communicate with clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with specialized systems
