Job Responsibility:
Mail Management: Receiving, sorting, drafting, and sending physical mail and emails
Organization, filing, and archiving of administrative records (both physical and digital)
Data entry
Tracking and processing of customer or supplier orders
Data entry (Excel)
Generating Excel reports based on data entry
Follow-up on missing documentation with the logistics department
Verification and validation of invoices
Requirements:
Bilingual: English and French
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask effectively
