A company specializing in the distribution of commercial printing paper and packaging equipment is looking for a versatile Office Clerk for a temporary position of indeterminate duration. The Office Clerk position is located in Anjou in East Montreal. Join a dynamic team in a stimulating environment!

Job Responsibility:

  • Mail Management: Receiving, sorting, drafting, and sending physical mail and emails
  • Organization, filing, and archiving of administrative records (both physical and digital)
  • Data entry
  • Tracking and processing of customer or supplier orders
  • Data entry (Excel)
  • Generating Excel reports based on data entry
  • Follow-up on missing documentation with the logistics department
  • Verification and validation of invoices

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: English and French
