Job Responsibility

  • Greet visitors and provide attentive front desk support in both English and Spanish
  • Assist new employees by preparing, reviewing, and collecting onboarding paperwork

  • Scan, upload, and organize documents so records remain complete and easy to retrieve

Requirements

  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in reception, front desk, or office support work
