Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team in League City, Texas, on a contract basis. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with onboarding processes, including helping new hires complete required paperwork
  • Scan and upload important documents to maintain accurate and organized digital records
  • Perform receptionist duties, such as welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries
  • Manage incoming calls and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department
  • Handle general clerical tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Maintain an efficient and detail-oriented front desk environment
  • Provide bilingual support to ensure clear communication with both English and Spanish-speaking individuals
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative, receptionist, or clerical role
  • Proficiency in scanning and digitizing documents
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented approach and excellent customer service abilities
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as scanners and multi-line phone systems
