Job Responsibility:
Answer phones and take detailed messages
Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
Support front office operations
Monitor and manage executive email inbox
Handle general email correspondence
Maintain filing systems and document organization
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Prior administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
