Requirements:

Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese
Proven experience in mobile application development and testing
Expert knowledge of programming languages relevant to mobile app development (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Swift)
Experience with mobile application testing frameworks and methodologies
Experience in production support and bug investigation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working in an agile development environment
Experience with various mobile operating systems (iOS and Android)
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking software
