This position is flexible remote...meaning some in person and some through Telehealth. Looking for the right fit to work with our team! We have immediate openings for LCSW and LCPC therapists: Keep your current position and start as a part-time therapist with afternoon and evening hours. Then transition into a full-time position once your caseload is full. This gives us both an opportunity to get to know each other and make sure this is a good fit! Or we can start you as a full time therapist as well. We are flexible and work with you! Credentialing under our group contract within 30 to 45 days. Option for flat hourly rate or commission-based compensation models. Steady pay with excellent benefits, and monthly performance bonuses. Job Responsibility:
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Maintain a caseload of 15-25 client sessions per week
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements:
Master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland
Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Bilingual in another language i.e. Spanish
Nice to have:
Creative and innovative approaches to mental health
Experience with children, adolescents, and teens
Experience with couples and families
General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing
