  • Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service setting
  • managing multiple phone lines
  • excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • ability to work at the Conviva Care clinic located at 7142 San Pedro Avenue San Antonio, TX 78216

Nice to have

  • bilingual in English/Spanish
  • able to read, write, and speak in English/Spanish without limitations or assistance
