We are partnering with a respected nonprofit healthcare organization in Chattanooga to identify a Bilingual Medical Front Desk Receptionist who is passionate about patient care and community impact. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical office and enjoys being the welcoming first point of contact for patients and families.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet patients and families warmly and professionally, serving as the first point of contact
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and collect required documentation during check-in
  • Collect co-payments and accurately document financial transactions
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to support smooth clinic operations
  • Address patient questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
  • Maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to input and retrieve patient information
  • Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to support daily administrative tasks
  • Apply knowledge of medical terminology and insurance practices to assist patients effectively
