Job Responsibility:
Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling efficiently
Maintain and update patient medical records with accuracy
Provide clear and compassionate assistance to patients regarding their healthcare needs
Handle front desk responsibilities including checking patients in and out
Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure smooth communication
Address patient inquiries professionally, offering solutions and guidance
Support the medical administrative team in tasks as needed
Collaborate with bilingual staff to meet the needs of patients who speak different languages
Ensure compliance with medical office policies and procedures
Adapt to flexible scheduling needs, including occasional extended hours on Fridays as part of a rotation
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
Prior experience in medical customer service or patient care coordination is strongly preferred
Ability to schedule appointments and manage time effectively
Familiarity with handling patient medical records and maintaining confidentiality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist patients professionally
Experience in a medical front office or healthcare setting is an advantage
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to rotating schedules and occasional extended hours
