Job Responsibility

Assist customers with inquiries related to Spectrum products and services, account management, billing, technical support, etc.
Educate current and prospective customers about our products and services and identify opportunities to generate new sales or upgrade their packages
Manage operational tasks like processing payments and managing inventory
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales environment and with store opening and closing activities
Enhancing the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals
Identifying sales opportunities and creating ideal customer experiences through product support and education
Building positive customer relationships, effective listening, and overcoming objections, while reselling the value of our products
