Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Loyalty Services Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This is a long-term contract position, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and skill development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to policyholders by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about insurance products and services
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with cancellation requests, review product benefits, and resolve service or claims-related concerns
  • Collect and process premium payments, including past-due amounts, and support additional areas such as claims intake, policy administration, billing, and agent servicing as needed
  • Maintain high-quality service standards by independently handling calls using tools and resources acquired during training
  • Accurately document and input data into multiple applications while ensuring compliance with organizational standards
  • Provide clear instructions and set expectations for policyholders regarding their policies and services
  • Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics, including quality, handle time, and close rate
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and align with organizational objectives by supporting process improvements and sharing feedback with leadership
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine the best solutions for policyholders and assist in retaining their coverage
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • a bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency is mandatory to effectively communicate with diverse customers
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Licensed to sell health and life insurance is a strong advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and detail-oriented service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities to resolve service or claim-related issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts within the designated timeframe
